Overview
- Role: Senior Accountant (Remote)

- Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year
This position involves overseeing monthly and annual accounting close processes while ensuring compliance with US GAAP standards. The role includes preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP and internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze variances and provide actionable financial insights.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Support external audits and tax filings by maintaining documentation and responding to inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification or CPA candidate status preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in public accounting or large corporate environments.
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $110,000 to $150,000 annually.
