Overview
This role involves supporting accounting functions with a focus on supplier setup and management. The Accounting Coordinator II performs various analytical and data entry tasks requiring attention to detail and proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Operate accounting software to record, store, and analyze financial information
- Verify accuracy and correct entry of documents
- Research, track, and resolve documentation problems or discrepancies, or refer appropriately
- Complete essential duties in a timely manner
- Maintain regular communication with other departments to obtain and convey information or correct transactions
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations
- Perform general office duties such as filing and routine correspondence
- Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Type: Hourly
- Pay Range: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
- Compensation may be influenced by experience, education, location, market data, and internal equity
- Position may be eligible for annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plans
