Overview
This internship provides on-the-job training and experience for college students, offering opportunities to engage in various work assignments, projects, and activities of varying complexity. Interns support professional employees in organizational functions related to their area of study.
Responsibilities
- Learn organizational processes and procedures
- Contribute to assigned projects and assist with the development and maintenance of documentation or records
- Work collaboratively in a team environment, communicating with personnel as required
- Assemble information efficiently and in a timely manner
- Respond to telephone calls and emails
- Collaborate with staff and departments on special projects
- Update and track branding materials, including templates, customer contracts, and lease documents
- Implement AI solutions for accounting workflow improvements and daily task automation
- Develop process working instructions, including system access, interviews, and job shadowing
- Meet employee attributes and competencies as defined by the organization
Requirements
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated (within 1 year) from an accredited university or college
- Project planning skills
- Entry-level knowledge and skills within the specified professional specialty
- Effective oral and written communication abilities
- Ability to understand and follow complex, detailed technical instructions
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Competitive, assertive, and self-motivated attitude
- Critical thinking, multitasking, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage: $16.91 - $22.87
