Overview
This role performs general accounting activities, including preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements, and capital expenditure schedules. You will conduct or assist in documenting accounting projects. Work involves problems of diverse scope and complexity, ranging from moderate to substantial.
You will prepare, record, analyze, and report accounting transactions while ensuring the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles. Additional responsibilities include financial support such as forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing variations from budget; analyzing and preparing statutory accounts, financial statements, and reports; and advising executives to develop functional strategies (often segment-specific) on matters of significance. Independent judgment is required on complex issues with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, record, analyze, and report accounting transactions
- Maintain and reconcile ledger accounts
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements
- Prepare and support capital expenditure schedules
- Conduct or assist with documentation of accounting projects
- Provide financial support including forecasting and budgeting, and analyze variations from budget
- Analyze and prepare statutory accounts, financial statements, and reports
- Exercise independent judgment and decision-making on complex accounting issues
- Advise executives on functional strategies (often segment-specific) for matters of significance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or a related field
- 8 or more years of inventory management, accounting, process improvement
- 2 or more years of project leadership experience
- Progressive leadership (formal or informal) and management experience
- Prior experience within the financial industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
- Previous experience with process automation and flows
- Prior Pharmacy or healthcare experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $94,900 - $130,500 per year
- This role is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, based on company and/or individual performance.

Location
- Fully remote within the U.S.
- Limited travel based on business need.
- Occasional travel to offices for training or meetings may be required.

- Self-provided internet must meet minimum criteria:
