Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries efficiently and effectively via omnichannel chat platforms, ensuring timely and accurate support.
- Handle complex accounting-related questions using strong financial expertise and analytical skills.
- Assist small and medium-sized business owners with bookkeeping needs and provide tailored financial guidance.
- Analyze and interpret complex financial data to deliver accurate, insightful, and timely responses.
- Complete assigned presentation-based tasks as needed to support client comprehension and internal processes.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Active user of widely recognized online accounting platforms.
- Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles with a strong foundation in financial principles.
- Prior experience providing omnichannel chat support, with excellent written communication and problem-solving skills in a digital environment.
- Strong understanding of core financial concepts and advanced data analysis techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex, data-driven accounting questions with precision and clarity.
