Accounts Payable/ Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments
• Generate and issue customer invoices promptly
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on outstanding payments
• Assist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations and reporting
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for vendor and client interactions
