Accounts Receivable Specialist (NetSuite)

Overview

This role is for an AR Specialist (Contract-to-Hire) with a healthcare-industry organization. The position is fully remote and supports a transition period involving a system conversion and accounting clean-up. There is potential for the contract role to convert to a permanent position.

Compensation: $27–30/hour (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Own the billing & cash application process for assigned areas
• Process high-volume weekly invoices for proper GL coding and cash receipts
• Perform other accounts receivable (AR) duties as needed, including follow-up on outstanding invoices for collections

Requirements (Must Have)

• 5+ years of progressive AR experience
• 1+ year of direct, recent experience using NetSuite
• 1+ year of recent experience working in a fully remote, high volume environment
• Experience in the healthcare provider or services industry (highly preferred), or within a complex software/technology environment
• Intermediate Excel skills
