Acquisitions Manager

Overview

An organization focused on advancing AI quality is seeking an Acquisitions Manager to join their remote team. This role offers flexible scheduling and can be pursued full-time, part-time, or on a periodic basis. The position involves contributing expertise to train AI Assistant models specifically tailored for finance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Apply financial education and professional experience to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs
• Test AI models with complex, real-world financial scenarios and edge cases to assess their reasoning capabilities
• Provide clear, structured feedback to enhance the intelligence and reliability of successive AI model versions
• Evaluate AI chatbot outputs for correctness and performance

Requirements

• Expert-level financial reasoning and formal training in a finance-related discipline
• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis related to finance management
• A Master’s or PhD degree (completed or in progress) is strongly preferred but not mandatory
• Relevant professional backgrounds include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning

Compensation & Benefits

• Remote position with flexible scheduling
• Option to select preferred projects
• Hourly pay starting at USD $50-$60, with additional bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
