Overview

A global leader in people, payroll, and technology solutions is seeking an Adaptive Planning Principal Consultant. This senior role involves leading end-to-end implementations of Adaptive Planning, from initial client consultation and design through to final testing and deployment. The organization operates in over 180 countries, providing cloud-based workforce management solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize expert knowledge of Adaptive Planning and hold Adaptive Pro certification.
  • Translate business requirements into functional designs for scalable, best practice financial models.
  • Configure and optimize models, reports, dashboards, and workflows to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Advise clients on finance best practices to incorporate into their models.
  • Contribute to project management and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and coach less experienced consultants, sharing best practices and providing expert guidance on Adaptive Planning functionality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Strong background in accounting and finance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%.
  • Adaptive Planning certification is required.
  • Must have current and future work authorization in the country of employment; visa sponsorship is not available.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience mentoring and coaching team members.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and project delivery.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $100,170 to $186,030 annually.
  • Bonus and/or incentive eligibility based on role and level.
