Overview
The organization is seeking a highly analytical, client-facing Advisory & Accounting Consultant to join its U.S. corporate practices division. This is a full-time role managing a diverse portfolio of international corporate clients, including full-cycle financial reporting, cross-border corporate advisory, and tax compliance strategy.
Responsibilities
- Portfolio consultation: Independently oversee full-set accounting workflows, complex general ledger integrations, and period-end close operations for a dedicated portfolio of corporate clients.
- Financial statement synthesis: Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards (US GAAP and IFRS frameworks).
- Audit orchestration: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients facing external audits, compiling audit schedules, asset reconciliations, and structural documentation.
- Cross-border tax advisory: Advise clients on federal, state, and international tax configurations; coordinate the preparation and filing of corporate returns; optimize corporate tax footprints.
- Corporate structuring support: Support international enterprises with U.S. entity selection, corporate formations, state licensing, and structural regulatory mandates.
- Compliance frameworks: Ensure strict portfolio alignment with modern corporate compliance guidelines, including corporate secretarial documentation and federal filing workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree: Accounting, Finance, or a heavily quantitative business discipline.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of progressive professional experience in corporate accounting, financial consulting, tax compliance, or public audit—ideally within a reputable corporate services firm, CPA agency, or financial consulting group.
- Advanced technical skills:
- Advanced MS Excel capability (dynamic forecasting models, complex formulas, and macro configurations)
- Deep operational fluency in cloud accounting ecosystems (such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, or SAP)
- Communication skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the confidence to present intricate financial strategies to client executives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional credentials: Progress toward or completion of professional accounting designations (such as a CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent).
- Second-language proficiency: Fluency or professional proficiency in a second language (such as Korean, Mandarin, or Spanish).
- Client-facing track record: Demonstrated success managing relationship pipelines for multi-jurisdictional business owners or corporate buyers.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $75,000 – $100,000 USD base structure
