Overview
A globally integrated financial advisory and corporate services firm is seeking an Advisory & Accounting Consultant to join its U.S. corporate practices division. This full-time role involves managing a diverse portfolio of international corporate clients, leading full-cycle financial reporting, cross-border corporate advisory, and tax compliance strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-set accounting workflows, complex general ledger integrations, and period-end close operations for a portfolio of corporate clients.
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Act as the primary technical contact for clients undergoing external audits, including preparing audit schedules, asset reconciliations, and documentation.
- Provide advisory services on federal, state, and international tax matters, coordinating corporate tax return preparation and filing.
- Support international enterprises with U.S. entity selection, corporate formations, state licensing, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure adherence to corporate compliance frameworks, managing corporate secretarial documentation and federal filings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a quantitative business discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in corporate accounting, financial consulting, tax compliance, or public audit, preferably within a corporate services firm, CPA agency, or financial consulting group.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including dynamic forecasting models, complex formulas, and macros).
- Strong operational knowledge of cloud accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, or SAP.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial strategies to client executives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Progress toward or completion of professional accounting certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent.
- Fluency or professional proficiency in a second language (e.g., Korean, Mandarin, or Spanish) is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated success managing client relationships for multi-jurisdictional business owners or corporate buyers.

- Salary range: $75,000 – $100,000 USD base plus performance-based bonuses.
