Overview
This role is part of the Revenue Analytics team, which supports and grows the organization’s Revenue segments through comprehensive analyses, reporting, and data solutions. You’ll work closely with internal teams and merchant partners to optimize decisions, measure performance, and scale analytics impact across revenue-focused initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Optimize decisions and execution with analyses, and communicate findings to internal and external partners.
- Serve as a data subject-matter expert for respective Revenue segments and merchants alongside Client Success and Marketplace teams.
- Create business cases, insights, and dashboards, and support experiments to engage external merchant partners—demonstrating product value and performance.
- Produce internal analyses to assess Revenue performance, drive recommendations, and inform critical decisions.
- Scale impact by standardizing common use cases, building analytics infrastructure, and automating analyses and dashboards to support decision-making at scale within Revenue and with top external merchants.
- Own comprehensive analytics solutions, including:
- Defining KPIs, performance benchmarks, and methodologies.
- Identifying and working with unstructured and structured data sources (in-house and third-party) to enable solutions and generate actionable insights.
- Provide project and analytics guidance to a cross-functional team as the analytics point of contact.
- Propose, monitor, and contextualize experiment design and execution to:
- Drive optimizations of go-to-market efforts.
- Empirically quantify value to prospective merchants.
- Upsell enhanced offers to existing merchants.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an analytically-driven role (consulting, finance, analytics, etc.).
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Looker, Tableau). Understanding or demonstrated aptitude to learn Python is a plus.
- Demonstrated aptitude in leveraging AI tools for analytics (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, etc.).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, including the ability to operate in ambiguity and establish analytical frameworks to solve business problems.
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations (e.g., aligning stakeholders or choosing the most impactful data to drive decisions).
- Ability to communicate effectively and craft compelling narratives to influence business and technical stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally.
- Strong organization and execution skills, including the ability to operate independently and drive multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
- Prior track record building successful cross-functional relationships with partners internally and externally.
- Self-starter with a track record of driving projects end to end (from building strategy to implementation).
- Passion and drive to disrupt the retail and lending industry for the better.
- Humility and teamwork (willingness to help teammates).
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the FinTech or Payments industry.
- Prior experience performing data analytics for marketplace platforms.
- Demonstrated aptitude in AI tools for analytics (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, etc.).
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Grade: M
- Equity Grade: 5
- New employees typically start at the beginning of the pay range.
- Base pay range per year: $145,000 - $205,000

Location
- Remote-first: most roles are remote and you can work almost anywhere within the country of employment.
- Proximal roles have flexibility to work remotely but may require occasional work from an assigned office.
- A limited number of roles are office-based due to job responsibilities.
