  • Consolidate and reconcile data from multiple systems (FP&A platforms, accounting systems, CRM, operational databases), ensuring integrity of actuals used in reporting and forecasts.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Decision Enablement

  • Partner with senior leadership to identify key business questions, design analytical frameworks, and deliver findings that influence executive decisions.
  • Ensure seamless integration between financial models and analytical insights to create a unified view of business performance.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across sales, operations, product, and marketing, delivering data-driven recommendations that shape resource allocation and strategic initiatives.

Automation & Continuous Improvement

  • Build repeatable analytical frameworks that increase organizational bandwidth and reduce reliance on ad hoc data pulls.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate insight generation, automate recurring analytical tasks, and improve the quality and speed of financial modeling and reporting.
  • Continuously improve systems utilization to unlock greater value from existing technology investments.
  • Evaluate and implement scalable reporting tools and dashboards for real-time visibility into performance and trends.

Data-Driven Culture & Capability Building

  • Champion a data-first mindset across the organization, ensuring proper data treatment and empowering teams to use analytics in day-to-day decision-making and strategic planning.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial data analytics, or business intelligence, with demonstrated success translating data into business impact.

  • Excellent communication skills, including translating technical findings into strategic recommendations for diverse audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for experimentation, continuous learning, and pushing the boundaries of what data can enable.
  • Strong collaboration across finance, sales, operations, and technology teams.
