Overview
This role supports the Vice President of Strategic Operations in driving data-driven strategy development and execution for the business unit. The organization operates a nationwide network of over 815 clinics, 23 IVF labs, and telehealth services, with more than 2,700 independent affiliated providers delivering comprehensive women's health services.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-priority, cross-functional projects and establish governance structures to maintain momentum on critical initiatives.
- Lead special projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of senior leadership, providing structure and driving progress on high-visibility priorities.
- Support executive and leadership effectiveness by managing meeting schedules, coordinating agendas, and ensuring timely delivery of polished materials for key reviews.
- Create clear and compelling presentations, memos, and one-pagers that communicate complex ideas effectively to executive and leadership audiences.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in strategic operations, strategy, consulting, finance, FP&A, or analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of financial statements and key performance metrics such as EBITDA and ROI.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with financial modeling, ROI analysis, and data-driven decision support.
- Experience supporting cross-functional strategic initiatives and senior leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create executive-ready presentations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with strong attention to detail.
