Overview
This role is responsible for delivering accurate, reliable payroll and benefits experiences for employees, while strengthening the processes that support them.
You will own day-to-day administration of U.S. benefits programs and support accurate U.S. multi-state and Canadian payroll. Although payroll is processed through an external provider, this is not a vendor management-only role—you will review inputs before payroll runs, validate results afterward, confirm changes and deductions, and investigate discrepancies.
