Overview

This role involves providing billing support to Project Managers and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. Responsibilities include troubleshooting billing issues, maintaining billing accuracy, and helping improve billing workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue invoices in accordance with customer requirements and project billing schedules.
  • Respond to billing inquiries and resolve invoice-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Review billing information for accuracy and ensure compliance with customer guidelines and internal processes.
  • Troubleshoot billing discrepancies using strong problem-solving skills and recommend solutions.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding billing matters.

Requirements (What You Must Have)

  • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed, specifically from the 1st through the 4th of each month, regardless of whether those dates fall on a weekday, weekend, or holiday.

Preferred Qualifications (These Will Help You Succeed)

  • Experience supporting invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable functions.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience working with financial systems and reporting tools.

Work Model

Remote position open to qualified applicants in the United States. Working arrangements are accurate as of the date of posting and may change based on project, business, and client requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary: $60,000 - $65,000, depending on experience and other qualifications.
  • Eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of applicable plans.
