Overview

A remote Certified Public Accountant (CPA) position is available for a project expected to last one month, with the possibility of extension. The role involves working up to 50 hours remotely with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting tasks related to condominiums, timeshares, and mobile homes as regulated by FL-DBPR
• Manage accounting duties for Common Interest Realty Associations (preferred)
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial documentation

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required
• Strong writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
