Client Solution Advisor (Treasury Management) — Job ID R235890
This role is within the Treasury Management organization and is based remotely, subject to approval. Responsibilities include reviewing and validating documentation related to deposit and cash management accounts to ensure proper execution and compliance. You will also assist with preparation of client materials and account updates, review and negotiate agreements, respond to inquiries related to account documentation, and collaborate with internal service partners to resolve documentation issues.
Responsibilities
- Implement complex new products and services for clients by analyzing requirements and gathering deliverables to complete implementation and provide ongoing relationship management.
- Maintain client-specific procedures where applicable.
- Provide sales or consultative support to prospects or clients in select deals.
- Leverage knowledge of industry and Treasury Management products/solutions to identify outside sales opportunities.
- Consult with clients and service partners to gather and use data to establish or update client-specific information for products/services.
- Act as a project manager by coordinating implementation work completed by others.
- Analyze, assess, and document client requirements.
- Identify customization needs and work with service partners to decide and implement changes.
- Manage multiple complex implementations simultaneously.
- Facilitate and/or coordinate internal and external stakeholder meetings.
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Create and deliver reporting on progress.
- Serve as an escalation point and independently resolve challenges related to implementation and production support issues raised by staff or clients.
- Identify and drive development of necessary solutions to ensure positive ongoing client experiences.
- Serve as a team subject matter expert.
- Coach staff, Sales, and/or clients as needed.
- Lead team communications and meetings; perform workflow coordination.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives.
- May develop and maintain training materials and provide training to service partners and clients.
Requirements
- Prior documentation review experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Cash Management Accounts (CMAs) and/or Deposit Account Control Agreements (DACAs).
- Education/experience: roles at this level typically require a university/college degree with 2+ years of relevant professional experience; a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Base Salary
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and on individual skills, experience, and education.
