Overview
This role is a Collateral Analyst Senior position within the Business Credit organization. The work is based remotely within the organization’s footprint, subject to approval.
This position involves reviewing and analyzing collateral-related information to support sound credit decisions. Responsibilities include reconciling collateral, reviewing loan documentation, and partnering with internal and/or external stakeholders to resolve exceptions and complete transactions. Effective verbal communication is required to articulate findings and collaborate across teams.
Remote work is eligible in select geographic locations, subject to approval. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.
This role is not eligible for sponsorship for employment visas, and the organization will not participate in STEM OPT for this position.
Responsibilities
- Regularly reviews and analyzes borrower-supplied reports, field exams, and loan documentation.
- Reviews financial statements for varied and complex borrowers.
- Performs collateral reconciliations.
- Analyzes and/or reconciles varied and complex transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Partners with internal and/or external business partners to route communications, documents, or other action items needed to complete transactions.
- Identifies and may resolve exceptions; escalates appropriately.
- Ensures appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions.
- Supports training and onboarding of new employees and junior team members.
- Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests.
- Completes research and provides feedback on workflow and work received.
- Reviews transactions and related documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.

Work Experience
- Typically requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent, along with related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
- Typically requires 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Pay Transparency
- Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $82,500.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
