This position involves assessing and advising on international transfer pricing (rulings and related analyses), supporting cantonal authorities and internal/international working groups.
Responsibilities
- Assess taxpayers’ rulings requests (submitted directly or via their advisors) relating to international transfer pricing.
- Review transfer prices applied by internationally active companies and perform complex case analyses.
- Advise cantonal authorities and other internal divisions on transfer pricing-related questions.
- Contribute to the development of transfer pricing practice in line with international developments.
- Participate in projects, working groups, and internal/international committees (OECD).
Requirements
- University degree in economics or law.
- Several years of experience in the field of transfer pricing.
- Ability to identify economic issues and strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, independence, negotiation aptitude, and the ability to assert yourself.
- Good knowledge of a second official language and very good English; ideally, knowledge of a third official language.
