Overview
A fast-growing technology company focused on transforming the delivery experience is seeking a skilled Controller to join its remote finance team. This role involves leading accounting and financial reporting functions with an emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Optimize ERP systems to streamline accounting workflows and ensure data integrity.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proven experience managing internal controls and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop accounting teams.
- Experience with ERP systems and process optimization.
