Overview
The Coordinator, Business Services will assist with report requests by using Grasp (online reporting tool) and Trams (back-office system). This role also includes reconciling credit cards on behalf of clients. The position works closely with the Senior Manager, Business Services and Reporting Analysts to deliver timely, accurate outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Complete credit card reconciliations for clients while coordinating with agents and account managers to obtain required information and meet deadlines
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients’ ad hoc and routine reporting requests
- Work with Reporting Analysts to produce customized reports using Grasp and Excel
- Update back-office data to ensure accuracy
- Maintain basic tracking of reporting requests, reconciliation status, and outstanding items
- Use company-approved AI tools to support routine tasks while verifying outputs and protecting confidential information
- Perform other duties as assigned; responsibilities may change over time
Requirements
- Ability to develop relationships with people of different experiences and skillsets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Basic Excel skills, including sum formulas and formatting
- Ability to take guidance, meet deadlines, and collaborate with others
- Bookkeeping background helpful

Hiring Rate Minimum: $42,750 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable State/local minimum salary thresholds)
Hiring Rate Maximum: $57,000 annually
