Overview
This role supports client reporting and back-office processing for business services. The Coordinator will assist with report requests using Grasp and Trams, reconcile credit cards on behalf of clients, and collaborate with the Senior Manager, Business Services and Reporting Analysts to deliver accurate, timely outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Complete client credit card reconciliations while working with agents and account managers to obtain required information and meet deadlines
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients’ ad hoc and routine reporting requests
- Work with Reporting Analysts to produce customized reports using Grasp and Excel
- Update back-office data to ensure accuracy
- Maintain basic tracking of reporting requests, reconciliation status, and outstanding items
- Use company-approved AI tools to support routine tasks while verifying outputs and protecting confidential information
Requirements
- Ability to develop relationships with people of different experiences and skillsets
- Knowledge of Trams/Tres is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bookkeeping background helpful
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Positive, customer-centric attitude
- Ability to take guidance, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with others
- Basic Excel skills (e.g., sum formulas, formatting)

- Minimum: $42,750 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable State/local minimum salary thresholds)
- Maximum: $57,000 annually
