Overview
An entry-level Corporate Development Analyst position is available, focusing on strategy and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) within a Fortune 500 technology company. This full-time role offers a total compensation range of $110,000 to $150,000+ and is located in San Francisco, CA, and New York, NY.
Responsibilities
- Assist in evaluating acquisition opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Build detailed financial and valuation models
- Support due diligence processes including financial, customer, product, and technology assessments
- Conduct market mapping and competitive research
- Assist with deal structuring and integration planning
- Prepare materials for executive leadership and the Board
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of accounting, valuation, and corporate strategy
- Experience in investment banking, consulting, Big 4 transaction advisory services, financial planning & analysis, or venture capital preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills and strong communication abilities
- Interest in technology, product development, and market dynamics
