Overview

This role translates strategy into measurable results by owning the monthly operating review process and producing executive-level reports and dashboards. You will partner closely with the CEO and the Leadership Team to consolidate business function KPIs and strategic initiatives into clear, executive-ready insights tied to financial results that support leadership decision-making.

Responsibilities

Monthly Operating Reviews

  • Manage the end-to-end monthly operating review process, including preparation of executive-level reports and dashboards
  • Consolidate financial results, corporate KPIs, and project milestones into a unified performance view
  • Facilitate review meetings and provide clear analysis of trends, variances, and risks

Corporate Planning

  • Support the development of annual and multi-year strategic plans
  • Align financial forecasts with strategic initiatives and operational priorities

Performance Management

  • Define, track, and report KPIs across business units
  • Monitor progress on strategic projects and escalate risks or delays
  • Track progress toward corporate annual and long-term incentive goals, ensuring visibility and accountability

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Finance, Operations, and Project Management teams to gather data and insights
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting across all functions

Executive Communication

  • Prepare presentations and reports summarizing performance trends and recommendations for executive leadership

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency using frameworks such as OKRs and/or KPIs to set and monitor execution of plans across enterprise, department, and team levels
  • Proficiency using planning or performance management tools and data visualization platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to translate organizational goals to executives and other senior leaders

Experience

  • 1–3 years of business experience
  • Proven experience managing executive-level reporting and performance tracking
  • 1–3 years of business experience in corporate planning, FP&A, business operations, performance management, or strategy roles preferred
  • Preferred experience using planning or performance management software to refine performance management processes, including integrations with multiple department workflow software applications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field, or MBA
  • AFP, Power BI data analyst
