Deal Analysis Associate

Overview

This role is for Senior-level finance professionals to join as Certified Deal Analysis Associates within a private capital ecosystem. The position operates on an independent contractor basis, providing access to real deal flow and compensated analytical work supporting investors, fund managers, and operators on live transactions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain 3-statement financial models
• Perform commercial real estate underwriting
• Conduct DCF and LBO modeling
• Execute sensitivity and scenario analyses
• Prepare comparable company and precedent transaction analyses
• Create valuation summary reports ("football field" reports)
• Conduct Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis
• Support commercial and operational due diligence
• Perform risk assessments
• Assist with investment memo preparation

Associates only perform work in categories for which they have received approval through assessment and performance.

Requirements

Candidates must meet at least one of the following:

• Score 70% or higher in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment
• Complete approved financial training
• Hold an active professional credential such as CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent

Certification Tiers and Compensation

Compensation and Deal Terms

• Independent contractor status
• Hourly rates based on Analyst Rating Score and approval level
• Potential to earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees
• Maximum deal-based earning capped at $2,500 per transaction
• Payments issued after successful deal completion and fee collection
• Approvals may be revoked for quality or compliance issues

How to Start Earning

• Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training
• Obtain category-specific approvals (Modeling, Valuation, Due Diligence)
• Get verified on the platform
• Begin earning immediately on hourly projects and live deal work

No cold applications or unpaid experience required. Verified associates are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors.

Compliance

Associates are not permitted to:

• Provide investment advice
• Solicit securities
• Represent the organization in a regulated capacity

All work is limited to analytical, diligence, and financial support functions and must comply with applicable securities laws.
