Overview
This role involves joining a private capital ecosystem as a Certified Deal Analysis Associate operating as an independent contractor. The position offers immediate earning potential by supporting investors, fund managers, and operators on live transactions through financial analysis and due diligence.
Responsibilities
Depending on certification approvals, Deal Analysis Associates may perform the following tasks:
- Build 3-statement financial models
- Conduct commercial real estate underwriting
- Perform DCF and LBO modeling
- Execute sensitivity and scenario analyses
- Analyze comparable companies and precedent transactions
- Prepare football field valuation summaries
- Conduct Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis
- Support commercial and operational due diligence
- Assess investment risks
- Assist in preparing investment memos
Work is limited to approved categories earned through assessment and performance.
Requirements
To qualify, candidates must meet at least one of the following:
- Score 70% or higher in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment
- Complete approved financial training
- Hold an active professional credential such as CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent
Certification Tiers and Compensation
Analyst levels and corresponding pay rates are based on an Analyst Rating Score (0–100) and approvals:

Senior Deal Analysis Associate
- Rating Score: 90–100
- Pay: $150–$200/hour
- Typical background: 5+ years in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, senior consulting, or development

- Rating Score: 80–89
- Pay: $100–$150/hour
- Typical background: 3–5 years of deal or modeling experience

Deal Analysis Associate / Analyst
- Rating Score: 60–79
- Pay: $50–$100/hour
- Typical background: Entry to mid-level analysts with strong technical skills
Additional compensation includes up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees, capped at $2,500 per transaction. Payments are made after successful deal completion and fee collection.

- This is an independent contractor role, not traditional employment.
- Analysts are promoted within the platform and gain access to real deal flow and paid analytical work.
- Analysts build a verified deal track record and improve their Analyst Rating Score through performance.
