This role involves joining a private capital ecosystem as a Certified Deal Readiness Reviewer operating as an independent contractor. The position offers opportunities to support investors, fund managers, and operators by assessing the readiness of private market deals for execution. Analysts gain access to real deal flow and paid analytical work, building a verified track record and an Analyst Rating Score that influences compensation and project eligibility.
Responsibilities
- Review transaction documentation and data for completeness and accuracy
- Validate financial models, projections, and valuation assumptions
- Check diligence reports, risk assessments, and operational analyses for deal readiness
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing approvals prior to deal execution
- Provide structured feedback to deal teams for investor committee presentations or investor packages
- Track and report readiness status across deals
- Ensure all deal components comply with internal standards and best practices
- Maintain accurate records of deal reviews and approvals
- Standardize reporting for transparency and efficiency
- Summarize readiness findings for decision-makers
Note: Analysts may only perform work in categories for which they have received approval through assessment and performance.
Requirements
Candidates must meet at least one of the following to qualify:
- Score 70% or higher in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment
- Complete approved financial training
- Hold an active professional credential such as CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent

- Pay: $150–200/hour

Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score that determines:

- Recommended hourly rates
Scores reflect accuracy, diligence, and performance in deal readiness assessments, documentation, and reporting.
Compensation & Deal Terms
- Analysts are independent contractors, not employees
- Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level
- Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees
- Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction
- Payments are issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection
- Approvals may be revoked for quality, compliance, or performance issues
