Overview
This role involves leading the successful onboarding and deployment of new customers onto an AI-native ERP platform designed for accounting and finance teams. The platform offers a unified data model, numerous native integrations, automated workflows, multi-entity consolidation, and specialized AI agents to accelerate financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead key aspects of customer onboarding and deployment to ensure smooth and timely implementation
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to execute implementation plans and resolve customer issues
- Analyze client accounting and finance workflows and translate them into clear requirements and practical solutions
- Guide customers through onboarding, training, change management, and adoption processes
- Support data migration, reconciliations, system setup, and integration coordination
- Track milestones, drive follow-through, and maintain alignment among internal and external stakeholders
- Identify risks early, escalate issues promptly, and help keep customer launches on schedule
- Build trust with customers by being responsive, thoughtful, and solutions-oriented
- Maintain clear documentation and provide regular status updates to customers and internal teams
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in accounting, audit, advisory, or related customer-facing roles
- Strong accounting foundation with knowledge of close processes, reconciliations, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and core finance workflows
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage directly with customers and senior stakeholders
- Systems-minded with eagerness to learn implementation work, even without prior formal implementation experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail
- Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
- Experience in Big 4, SaaS, or technology companies is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Big 4 audit, accounting advisory, finance transformation, or operational accounting at a high-growth technology company
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with a fast pace and high autonomy
