Overview

This role is part of a Revenue team focused on driving top-line growth through strategic partnerships, pricing, and go-to-market execution. The team manages merchant relationships across eCommerce, in-store, telesales, and app channels, leading onboarding, relationship management, and performance optimization to support partner success. The position involves solving high-impact business problems through data-driven strategy, operational rigor, and analytical excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to Revenue segment leaders across Independent Software Vendors (ISV) and Strategic Partnership business lines, shaping long-term strategy, setting goals, and driving accountability for key outcomes.
  • Lead the team in delivering high-quality insights and analytics to Revenue leadership, managing data requests related to market sizing, business performance, competitive landscape, and growth opportunity assessments using internal and third-party data.
  • Monitor business trends, KPIs, and leading indicators to identify risks and growth opportunities, translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Own the strategic narrative for the segment by synthesizing complex problems into structured frameworks, clear viewpoints, and concrete recommendations to grow and protect the business.
  • Partner with segment leaders to design and run operating rhythms, including business reviews, executive escalations, planning cycles, and progress reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and tooling to improve workflows, scale analytical capabilities, and eliminate manual processes across the revenue organization.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-caliber team fostering intellectual rigor, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or analytics roles, ideally with backgrounds in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or high-growth technology companies.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to build, coach, and scale high-performing teams.
  • Track record as a strategic advisor to senior or executive leadership, influencing decisions and driving organizational change.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous, complex problems into clear frameworks and actionable plans.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of crafting compelling, data-backed narratives that influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
  • Deep analytical fluency, comfortable with SQL, Python/R, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools to independently analyze data and generate insights.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) and identifying automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and scale impact.
  • Strong organizational and execution discipline, with a history of independently driving strategic initiatives from ideation through measurable outcomes.
  • Extensive cross-functional collaboration experience with sound judgment to navigate competing priorities and build trust across diverse stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Grade: S
  • Equity Grade: 14
  • Base pay range for select U.S. states (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT): $245,000 - $325,000 per year
  • Base pay range for all other U.S. states: $217,000 - $297,000 per year
  • Total compensation may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness, and technology spending, and benefits.

Location

  • This is a remote-first position within the United States.
  • Employees can work almost anywhere within their country of employment.
  • Some roles may require occasional work from an assigned office depending on job responsibilities.
