Director of Finance

Overview

The organization is seeking an FP&A leader at the Director / VP level to further establish the function and serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and leadership team.

This role reports to the CFO. It is remote, with an ideal expectation of traveling to the Chicago HQ on a semi-regular basis as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and further establish the FP&A function within the organization.
• Partner closely with the CFO, CEO, and PE sponsors to formalize and advance FP&A processes.
• Serve as a strategic finance leader across the enterprise with high visibility.
• Provide operational finance expertise to support scaling and continued refinement of finance capabilities.

Requirements

• Director / VP level FP&A leadership experience.
• Background in private equity owned medical device or medical practice environments.
• Experience standing up FP&A or significantly enhancing the FP&A department.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating in fast-growing, at-scale medical services environments.

Compensation & Benefits

• $100 million + revenue, profitable and well capitalized.
