Overview
An organization focused on advancing AI quality is seeking an Equity Research Analyst to contribute to training AI models that assist finance professionals. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and can be pursued full-time, part-time, or on a periodic basis.
The team is expanding into developing AI Assistant models specialized in finance, requiring experienced finance professionals with advanced degrees and relevant expertise to help improve AI understanding of financial principles and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Review and enhance AI Assistant responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets
- Apply your education and professional experience to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI-generated outputs
- Test AI models with complex, real-world financial scenarios and edge cases to assess their reasoning capabilities
- Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the intelligence and reliability of successive AI model versions
- Evaluate AI chatbot outputs for correctness and performance
Qualifications
- Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and related finance reasoning exercises
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a finance-related discipline preferred but not required
- Relevant backgrounds include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning
Compensation & Benefits
