Experienced Tax Preparer

Overview

This role is for experienced tax preparers who want flexible scheduling and the opportunity to use their tax knowledge and client service skills in a fast-paced environment. You will prepare individual and business tax returns, deliver strong client service, and build client connections.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Communicate effectively with clients
• Work in a fast-paced environment while learning and applying tax law knowledge
• Support training and continuing education requirements for tax preparation

Requirements

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping or taxes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with customer-facing roles and delivering service in fast-paced settings
