Responsibilities
The role will involve creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core deal and corporate workflows, including:
- Board approval decks
- Target screening presentations
- Synergy analysis exhibits
- Deal update memos
- Integration planning decks
- Pipeline review materials
Requirements
- 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company
- Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions
- Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship
- Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $100/hour
- Commitment: Flexible, 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired)
