Expert Opportunity - In-House M&A Manager ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)

Overview

This opportunity supports a foundational AI lab by engaging an experienced in-house M&A deal manager to help train a language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows, including:
  • Board approval decks
  • Target screening presentations
  • Synergy analysis exhibits
  • Deal update memos
  • Integration planning decks
  • Pipeline review materials
• Support production of board and executive committee materials for live transactions
• Apply strong written communication and attention to detail to presentation outputs

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

• $100/hour
• Flexible commitment: 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired)
