Expert Opportunity - In-House M&A Manager ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)

Overview

This role supports a foundational AI lab by helping train a language model to handle professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

Responsibilities include creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated presentations and slide decks for key deal and M&A workflows, such as:

• Board approval decks
• Target screening presentations
• Synergy analysis exhibits
• Deal update memos
• Integration planning decks
• Pipeline review materials

Responsibilities

• Produce and refine presentation and slide deck content across core M&A workflows (board, executive, and transaction materials)
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks
• Ensure outputs meet professional standards for structure, clarity, and accuracy
• Maintain high attention to detail and strong written communication throughout deliverables

Requirements

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship
• Excellent written communication
• Strong attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $100/hour
• Commitment: Flexible, 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired)
