Overview
This role supports a foundational AI lab by contributing pricing expertise to help train a language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide-deck tasks.
The work focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated materials across core pricing workflows, including:
- Price elasticity models and willingness-to-pay analyses
- Packaging and tiering recommendation decks
- Discount governance and deal desk guardrail spreadsheets
- Competitive price benchmarking summaries
- Revenue waterfall models and margin impact analyses
- Pricing experiment readouts for executive stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Create and refine pricing strategy outputs for professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
- Develop and review models such as price elasticity, willingness-to-pay, and revenue waterfall analyses
- Produce recommendations and decision materials related to packaging, tiering, discount governance, and deal desk guardrails
- Summarize competitive price benchmarking and evaluate margin impacts
- Support the generation of pricing experiment readouts intended for executive stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years in pricing strategy, revenue economics, or monetization analysis, with direct ownership of price elasticity models and packaging and tiering recommendations
- Advanced fluency in willingness-to-pay analysis, discount governance, and building revenue waterfall models in Excel or Google Sheets
- Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
