Overview
This role supports a foundational AI lab by helping train a language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.
The organization is seeking experienced Senior FP&A Analysts who can create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core finance workflows, including:
- Rolling forecast models
- Variance bridge decks
- Driver-based operating models
- Board-ready P&L decks
- Monthly flux commentary memos
- Scenario sensitivity models
Responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated finance materials (documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks)
- Build and/or validate rolling forecast models
- Develop and refine variance bridge decks
- Create or review driver-based operating models
- Produce board-ready P&L decks
- Draft monthly flux commentary memos for finance leadership
- Create and assess scenario sensitivity models
Requirements
- 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance building rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models for a growing company
- Proven track record of producing board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux commentary memos that finance leadership can present without rework
- Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and strong attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits
- $100/hour
- Flexible commitment: 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired)
