Finance & Accounting Representative

Overview

The Finance & Accounting Representative is responsible for accurate billing of claims according to payor guidelines, resolving claim edits, processing claims, conducting claims follow-up activities, resolving denied claims, and managing special collections. This role also provides support and acts as a resource for Patient Account Representative positions within the department.

Eligible remote work states include North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Associate's Degree in Business Administration preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounting/Finance with a focus on Collections
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounting/Finance with Patient Accounting
