Overview
This role involves partnering with senior leadership across Finance and collaborating with teams throughout the organization, including product, engineering, marketing, legal, and operations. The organization is seeking an ambitious Finance Analyst to support, inform, and improve strategic and financial decision-making.
The organization is remote-first, with the flexibility to work remotely and optional access to office space in Irvine, CA and New York, NY.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the product, business model, and financial outlook.
- Provide monthly insights on business trends to product managers and department leaders.
- Support short- and long-term financial planning; assist with financial reporting and KPI variance analysis.
- Help drive key strategic initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance corporate financial models, including annual budgets, forecasts, and consolidated cash flows.
- Build KPI frameworks and analyze product line performance.
- Support high-impact decisions, including go-to-market strategy, partnership negotiations, and potential M&A.
- Create clear presentations to communicate findings to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or another quantitative field.
- One or more years of relevant industry experience with financial modeling (e.g., investment banking, private equity, corporate finance).
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to execute complex financial modeling, analyze raw data, and draw clear conclusions.
- High degree of organization, efficiency, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Team-player mindset with a desire to work hands-on in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.

Compensation Information
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $94,000-$108,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, equity grants, and discretionary cash bonus awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, the employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
