Overview
This role supports strategies to drive increased profitability, process efficiency, reduce costs, and support overall business improvement. You will partner with Region and Market leadership to deliver financial and strategic results using Financial Planning & Analysis best practices, while also supporting corporate FP&A processes, initiatives, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the annual AOP (Annual Operating Plan) process and tools for the field
- Support annual AOP analysis and review at the Market level
- Support monthly business reviews by Region for leadership
- Prepare the Market monthly business review for corporate
- Support Region monthly forecasting review analysis
- Prepare Market monthly forecasting analysis
- Support the monthly financial close process
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve topline revenue and (or) margins
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve expenses in the Sales, General and Administrative departments
- Perform financial modeling and ad hoc analytics
- Develop and deploy tools and processes across the organization as business needs are defined at the Region and Market level
- Conduct customer incentive agreement analysis at the Region and Market level and provide proposed recommendations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2 years of financial or business-related analysis experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal skills, and broad knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work with little direct supervision
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States
