Overview
This full-time Finance Analyst role is 100% remote within the United States. The position supports managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud services, technical support, implementations, systems, and client technology operations by maintaining accurate financial, billing, account, claims, and transaction records.
Base salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Review and maintain finance analyst records related to managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud services, technical support, implementations, systems, and client technology operations.
- Process or verify assigned transactions, invoices, account details, claims, or supporting documentation.
- Investigate routine discrepancies and document approved corrections or follow-up actions.
- Prepare status summaries, reconciliation notes, or recurring reports as required.
- Communicate professionally when additional customer, vendor, employee, or internal information is needed.
- Protect sensitive information and follow documentation and access procedures.
Requirements
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfort using spreadsheets and finance, billing, claims, or record-management systems.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and maintain complete supporting documentation.
- Professional communication with customers, vendors, or internal teams.
- Reliable internet access and a secure remote workspace.
