Responsibilities

• Report detailed information, analyze financial data supporting multiple projects, and present briefings to managers as required.
• Analyze and reconcile cash flow, profitability, invoicing, unbillables, and costs on a recurring basis.
• Participate in AOP (annual operating plan, quarterly forecast, monthly latest revised estimates).
• Support ad hoc requests as needed and as requested by management.
• Proactively participate in process improvement efforts related to finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years or more of related experience; or Master’s degree and one (1) year of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree concentration in Finance, Accounting, or a business-related discipline preferred.
• Understanding of financial management.
• Must be analytical, with excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with government contracting and the difference contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize and be persistent in follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), including advanced Excel skills such as VLOOKUPS and pivot tables.
• Working knowledge of CostPoint, Power BI, Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and Cognos Workspace Advanced preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000
