Finance Manager

Overview

This role is a Finance Manager position with compensation of $110,000–$130,000.

Location: Orlando, FL | Remote

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly P&L reporting and variance analysis against budget and prior periods
• Translate financial results into actionable insights for leadership teams
• Manage, mentor, and develop two direct reports
• Build and standardize finance dashboards, reporting packages, and recurring processes
• Partner with business leaders on planning, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis
• Own recurring P&L reporting and monthly variance analysis
• Support leaders across Finance, Operations, HR, and Sales
• Build and improve dashboards, reporting tools, and planning processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting experience
• Previous experience managing or mentoring finance professionals
• Strong P&L analysis and financial reporting experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience supporting multi-entity or professional services organizations preferred
