Overview
This role is for a Finance Project Manager working remotely with a payout range of $400,000 to $550,000 per year. The position involves leading strategic projects focused on designing and executing workflows that structure, optimize, and manage large-scale finance-specific data pipelines. The goal is to ensure data integrity, scalability, and quality while supporting the development of advanced AI models in collaboration with leading AI labs.
Responsibilities
- Own projects end to end, ensuring delivery of high-quality data pipelines and expert feedback to top AI lab clients.
- Manage and optimize complex finance data pipelines to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Lead and manage teams of human data managers and subject-matter experts in finance, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Communicate directly with AI labs on large-scale, high-impact projects, providing strategic guidance.
- Collaborate with human data engineers to design and implement workflows that enhance data operations and AI learning environments.
Requirements
- Proven leadership and team management experience in fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in designing and optimizing large-scale data pipelines and workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with AI labs, domain experts, and data engineers.
- Deep knowledge of the finance domain, including experience with financial data, models, and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-driven decision making and optimize business outcomes.
