Overview
This role involves working as a Finance Registration Analyst within a Revenue Cycle Operations department that manages financial registration for new and existing client implementations in a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) business. The position requires an ambitious and motivated individual who can contribute to the success of the Finance Registration team by researching data, finding process efficiencies, and managing client financial setups.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial registration for PBM clients' contractual terms.
- Research and analyze client setup requests and provide solutions.
- Work independently and collaboratively across departments to support enterprise initiatives.
- Assist team members with client requests ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Communicate with clients and internal partners to resolve inquiries related to financial setups.
- Interpret client contracts and translate them into operational processes.
- Implement new client setups and client pricing changes within financial systems.
- Create and maintain audit documentation for review and distribution.
- Utilize applications such as SAP, AS400, and Salesforce for successful implementations.
- Maintain high attention to detail to avoid downstream client impact.
- May be required to work more than 40 hours per week, including holidays and weekends during peak periods (last quarter and first month of the year).
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- 0-2 years of experience in a client-facing role.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of Excel formulas and data management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the Healthcare or PBM industry.
- Advanced Excel skills.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in Finance and/or Operations.
Compensation & Benefits
- Typical pay range: $43,888.00 - $102,081.00 annually.
- Actual salary depends on experience, education, geography, and other factors.
- Eligible for bonus, commission, or short-term incentive programs in addition to base pay.
- Full-time position with anticipated 40 hours per week.
