A healthcare organization specializing in home care services across the United States is seeking a Finance Specialist I to support their Collections team. The organization focuses on providing personalized, in-home care by enabling patients to select caregivers that best meet their needs. Responsibilities
- Coordinate billing activities
- Assist with collections processes
- Assist with payment posting
- Support payroll functions
- Contribute to other financial and operational projects as needed
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
- Willingness to learn and take on challenges
- Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Word and Google Drive applications (Sheets, Docs)
- Ability to understand both detailed tasks and the broader financial context
- Self-starter who uses good judgment and discretion
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Alignment with core values of service, positivity, ownership, and integrity
- Prior finance or accounting experience preferred, ideally 1 year
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay range of $20.00 to $23.00 per hour at the start of employment
