Responsibilities
- Manage program finances and conduct detailed financial analysis for aerospace and defense projects.
- Collaborate with program management to track budgets, forecasts, and actual costs.
- Support the CSD segment with financial reporting and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and industry-specific regulations.
- Participate in strategic planning and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in program finance or as a financial analyst within a technical industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with cross-functional engineering and management teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple program priorities.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and eligible to obtain a security clearance.
