Overview
The organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support business performance reporting, financial planning, and operational analysis across multiple functions. This role partners with finance, sales, and operations leaders to deliver insights into financial results, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain recurring financial reports and dashboards covering operational and financial performance
- Analyze business results and investigate variances against forecasts, budgets, and prior periods
- Communicate findings to stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting, including preparation of financial analyses and performance summaries
- Evaluate revenue, expenses, customer, and market trends to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational drivers and their impact on financial outcomes
- Create financial models and business cases to assess profitability, investment opportunities, and strategic initiatives
- Use reporting and analytics tools to extract, validate, and interpret large data sets
- Conduct contract, pricing, and profitability reviews to support decision-making
- Provide ad hoc analyses, presentations, and reports for leadership as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including financial modeling and preparing executive-level presentations
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
