Overview
This role supports domestic and international travel advisory, reservations, itinerary planning, customer service, and travel sales through accurate financial, billing, account, claims, and transaction record management.
Responsibilities
- Review and maintain financial analyst records connected with domestic and international travel advisory, reservations, itinerary planning, customer service, and travel sales.
- Process or verify assigned transactions, invoices, account details, claims, or supporting documentation.
- Investigate routine discrepancies and document approved corrections or follow-up.
- Prepare status summaries, reconciliation notes, or recurring reports as required.
- Communicate professionally when additional customer, vendor, employee, or internal information is needed.
- Protect sensitive information and follow documentation and access procedures.
Requirements
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfort using spreadsheets, finance, billing, claims, or record-management systems.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and maintain complete supporting documentation.
- Professional communication with customers, vendors, or internal teams.
- Reliable internet access and a secure remote workspace.
- Pre-employment background check is required.

- Microsoft Excel.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $105,500 - $115,500 per year
